Legacy’s previously owned and enjoyed products exhibit age-appropriate wear associated with their use. If you have inquiries about the condition of any goods which are inadequately described in a listing, do not hesitate to call or send us an email to get clarification.

For greater clarity, we do not offer any warranty, implied or otherwise, for the condition of the goods or to ensure they are suitable for your intended purpose.

Therefore, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, credits, or returns.

SHIPPING

We take the utmost care in packaging goods for shipping. If a damaged package arrives, photograph the damaged package upon receipt, and before opening. We are not responsible for any damage to the goods that occurs during the shipping process or the cost of any repairs.
