Unusually Ornate Elbow Antique Lock for Left Hand door. - Eastern Europe. ca. early 1800s. (1840-1940)

Remarkably decorated, antique levered box lock from Romania. This heavy-duty rim lock is designed for a left-hand door, is fully frestored, comes with a key for the deadbolt and a keeper. The dimensions of the box are  6 1/2"x 4 3/4", and the dynamic exterior handle is 5 1/2" long.
