19th century cast iron Floral-themed church handrail support brackets

Acanthus leaf and flower patterned decorative iron brackets, 13 1/2" tall and 13 1/2" deep. These heavy brackets were used to brace a balcony railing at the support posts. Original finish. Ideal for adding flair to an alcove, door or window opening.
